By accessing or using SalesTaskManager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
SalesTaskManager is a cloud-based sales call management platform that enables organisations to plan and track field sales visits, manage client databases, monitor opportunities and revenue, and measure salesperson performance. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product hosted at salestaskmanager.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must register for an account. You agree to:
Each organisation gets one tenant account. The admin user is responsible for managing all users within that organisation.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Each organisation's data is stored in an isolated, dedicated database. We do not mix your data with any other organisation's data. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

The Service and all related technology, software, and content are owned by SalesTaskManager and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service during your subscription term.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the data you upload to the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination, after which data may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesTaskManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
